It is important to schedule breaks when trying to tackle a busy schedule. Take 15 minutes and go for a job or call mom and tell her you love her...this will elevate your mood and help you stay on task.

24 hours in a day...that's all anybody has. What makes it work for us is setting goals and keeping track of it. Make a schedule and stick to it. Check off when you have done something and at the end of the day you will feel accomplished,
